Do I need to setup an account to order from SPORTYSTYLE?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, by setting up an account, you will be able to review all your purchases, track your orders, and save your address and billing details for future orders.

You can easily reset your password on the My Account section of our website by clicking on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link.

Why is my coupon code not working?

At SPORTYSTYLE, we offer you real brands and a real value! Occasionally, we’ll run promotions that require the use of coupon codes. There are a few reasons why coupon codes might not work: exclusions, minimum order value required, limited use, one coupon code per order, or the coupon expired. What is your return policy?

You may return your item(s) within 20 days of purchase as long as items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and panty protective strip intact. Refer our Returns Policy page for full details.

How do I initiate a return?

How long will it take to process my return?

After we received your item(s), please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed and up to 15 days to post to your method of payment.

How do I initiate an exchange?

To make an exchange simply place a new order for the desired style(s) and return unwanted item(s). See our Returns Page for detailed instructions.

Why was my original shipping charge not refunded?

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are not required to charge any sales tax.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We may be able to make changes to your order if you contact us before it is processed and shipped. We will do our very best to accomodate change requests but cannot guarantee order changes. Order change requests may delay expected delivery date.
